Sh*t They Don’t Tell You About Adulting
Adulting is hard. I can’t tell you how many times I complain a day about having to “adult”. I really wish there was a handy manual that I could refer to when I can’t get my head around something, or better yet – I wish someone had told me what I was to expect when I grew up. Relationship Truths
I havenāt been completely honest. The dating game is a hard game to play. Some of my readers will know that I was in relationship, which has now since ended. Relationships are a funny thing. You never know if youāve jumped in too quickly, until after it has ended. In the beginning there is always a honeymoon period and you think the sun shines out of their arse. Not only was I paid at this internship, I also learnt many valuable lessons. Most internships you’ll come across in the UK aren’t paid for 3 months, and even then…

The OkCupid Social Experiment
I’m usually pessimistic about most things male related, but after recently ending a nearly one year old relationship the appeal of meeting new people and males that might share my interests was positively welcomed. Chynna convinced me to join her in what I could call a ‘social experiment’. I had no plans of actually meeting anyone off OkCupidĀ but that quickly changed. I received my fair share of the generic ‘hey, how are you?’ messages – admittedly, I only replied to those if the sender was cute! Then I had the ones who had thoroughly read my profile and were very willing to compete with me in a burger challenge! (Give…
