2020 Reflection

2020, a year no one expected, was a rollercoaster. Despite the global pandemic and personal mental health challenges, I discovered my resilience. I strengthened habits, learned new skills, and stepped out of my comfort zone. Amidst the chaos, I found joy in little things and am thankful for the support around me.

Alopecia Awareness Month

Living with alopecia, I’ve experienced a spectrum of emotions, from sadness to empowerment. Despite the challenges, I’ve found strength in community support and self-acceptance. While alopecia is a part of me, it doesn’t define me. To my fellow alopecians – we got this. Embrace who you are and always take care of yourself.

MCM Comic Con 2017

NaNoWriMo kickstarted my creativity, leading to daily writing and a 50k word count. My Comic Con experience was a high, cosplaying as Gamora from Guardians of the Galaxy. Despite last-minute costume preparations and a broken prop sword, the event was a joy, especially when a little girl asked for a photo.

25 Things I’ve Learned In 25 Years

Turning 25, I’ve learned to love myself, trust my instincts, and value self-care. I’ve realized the importance of not judging others, being unapologetically me, and the therapeutic power of writing. Life’s too short for hate, so save, laugh, and embrace failure. Remember, you are who you surround yourself with.
