I’ve only had one break-up and it wasn’t bad, just afterwards was the worst

Not entirely sure, but I think I’m 5ft

Who has time to weigh themselves, these days? Haha

One on my shoulder that says “We’re all mad here” – I love Alice in Wonderland

Just my ears but I want my cartilage done.

I don’t actually have a favourite band but I love a bit of FT Island. I’ve recently become enamoured with Bare Jams and Dance a la Plage, as well.

Not much, honestly.

(This is an odd question, why would you wanna know that?) 10 minutes tops – half hour if I wash my hair.

22: How long does it take you to get ready in the morning?
Literally not that long because I usually wear the same thing everyday: jeans, t-shirt, boots or sometimes leggings and my coats.

23: Ever been in a physical fight?
Yeah, on a bus when I was in year 7. I was eleven. #thuglife

When the guy smells gorgeous. Lord help me.

Bad breath.

26: The reason I joined Youtube?
For obvious reasons, I’ll change it to blogging. I’ve always loved writing and blogging appealed to me because I could just write whatever I wanted and noone could say anything to stop me.

Spiders, death, public speaking.

I watched She’s All That last night and just Paul Walker, ugh. I was major upset.

My sister, this morning.

30: Meaning behind your Youtube Name?
Changed to blog name. I used to be saranghaeyo which means ‘I love you’ in Korean but then some people that I didn’t want to found my blog, so I changed it to theinvisiblechild because I wanted to be invisible.

I’m not really into making New Year’s resolutions. If I wanted to do something new then I would have done it by now and not have to wait until the New Year. That being said I do have a one goal for 2014:

Start a story and actually finish it.

I have a notoriously bad habit of starting 10 stories for every one that I finish. In saying that, I’ve never actually completed a story so I have about 50 unfinished stories just floating around my hard drive. I’ve been trying to get back into my writing, but it’s proving difficult because of my writer’s block (or the fact that I am specatularly lazy). I’m going to end my last post of 2013 with a writing prompt and let you begin your 2014 with some of my writing.

Has your protagonist ever been in love before? With who? When? Is this still going on, and if not, did it end well or in tears? If not, why not? Does he/she want to, or is your protagonist completely content with being single?

Clara wasn’t sure if she had ever been in love. She liked to kid herself that she maybe was, once, when she was 18. However, if she really thought about it, it was probably just the rush of finally living away from her parents and generally being allowed to do what she wanted.

Clara wasn’t sure she knew what love was. There was love for her family, of course. Unconditional. There was love for her friends (albeit, sometimes she wasn’t sure because they could be really annoying). She just wasn’t sure what love was between two people. She knew it was inexplicably different but even when she was with someone earlier on in the year, was that love?

Clara wanted to experience this fairytale love that all the books, TV shows and films spoke about. She wanted to be that girl who got swept off her feet in a flurry and whisked off on wild adventures. She wanted to be that couple who walked down the street holding hands, wearing matching scarfs or boots or something like that.

If she closed her eyes she could imagine herself doing all these coupley things, but the face was always blurred because the future was uncertain. Although she was young, and everyone kept telling her she was young and had plenty of time to being with someone, she certainly didn’t feel like it. All around her, all her friends were in stable relationships and she just felt alone. She didn’t want to be someone just for the sake of it, though. She did want something that was real and not something created out of boredom of being alone

She wanted to say that she was happy being single because she had great friends to hang out with, but there was always that feeling of just being able to connect with someone so intimately that was just out of reach.
