    My Self-care Rituals

    Self-care is truly the most important thing that you could do for yourself. Aside from treating your body like a temple by feeding it healthy foods and drinking plenty of water, it is also important to take care of yourself mentally. I’m guilty of not doing much self-care in the past but I have recently picked up a few rituals for myself and thought I’d share it with you guys.     This post would have been up yesterday if it weren’t for my spectacular laziness. Hello, beauties! How is everyone? It’s been a while since my last post. Hope you haven’t missed me too much.
