An Ode to Christmas Joy!
I should have started out on a more lighter post but due to the current decisions made by the British government my thoughts have turned into sour grapes, not the Merlot kind. This time of year really makes us think about others but more often than not we make plans in our minds rather than in the physical. It is important to look past the decisions made by the minority for the majority and spread some love! Spreading Christmas joy is easy! And it makes people around you feel better and more welcome. Here are a few of my thoughts on how to spread some joy this December, we can…

Welcome to The Invisible Blogmas 2015!
Itâs coming up to the end of the year and it seems more apt than ever to embark on one last journey before 2015 is over! Mutay and I will be bringing Blogmas to your screens so you can read at your leisure. It was a last minute decision so please bare with us as we figure out what fun content we will create in the next month! Weâre really excited to be collaborating this Christmas season, and it has been awhile since Mutay has written on the blog! We will plan some fun trips around London, so we can bring you some Christmas cheer from Queen Lizzie! Also it…

Final Thoughts of 2014
Contrary to popular belief, I have not stumbled down a rabbit hole and disappeared off to Wonderland (although, that would be lovely). No, alas, I have just been procrastinating with my blogging, again, and as such the Leibster award post is still to be posted. Am sorry, but not really. So⊠Christmas season. It’s meant to be full of joy and warmth, and it is but it also comes with an ounce of stress. The stress of buying Christmas presents, wondering where the feck 2014 went? This has been on my mind for the past week… Where has 2014 gone? I could have sworn that it was only yesterday when…

January Depression
Between having Netflix marathons of White Collar and desperately trying to come up with more ideas for my story, I have sunk into what I call âJanuary Depressionâ. This period of time is right after all the excitement of Christmas and New Year when you notice that your trousers are a little tighter than youâd like and all you want to do is stay at home and watch TV because you need to save money. The only times youâll go out partying is if you hear, âEntryâs freeâ or âFree drinks all nightâ and the only times youâll see your friends is if they invite you around for dinner. Damn you,…

Brain Dump
I am having a brain dump kind of day. I need somewhere to put all the shit that is clogging up my mind. I am having also having an advert viewing day. Trying to find my favourite adverts of 2013. Everything from Geicoâs âHump Dayâ to Volvo Truckâs âThe Epic Splitâ has been seen by my ever-tired eyes. You guys should YouTube Poo~Pourri. I promise you wonât regret it. Not sure how many adverts Iâve seen today. Donât you hate it when someone copies what you do? (The other intern is getting on my nerves, and if he sees this I donât think I will care) (In saying that, I…

Liebster Blog Award 2
This is actually the second time I’ve been nominated for the Liebster blog award – you can read the first post here. Meaghan nominated me for this award, so thank you! All you have to do is answer the 11 questions from the person who nominated you and then you ask your own set of 11 questions to people you nominate! đ 1. What is one thing that makes you happiest? Hmm. I would have to say writing because I can just let out all my emotions on paper and instantly feel better/happier. Also, food. And TV, come to think of it (sad life). 2. If you could live for…

A Weekly Update
These sort of weekly updates have been really image-laden. I’m going to cut it down because I know that sometimes it can take ages to load and be really slow. There was a Christmas party at work, last week Thursday, which was pretty fun. It was my first Christmas party, as well, and despite knowing people in the office it was still nerve-wracking. There was a proper sit-down dinner which included turkey with all the trimmings. There was also a raffle in which the main prize was an iPad mini. Sadly, I didn’t win anything. There was live music down in the studios, as well as a cinema room. Plus…
